Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your item ships. During high-volume seasons or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and do our best to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund if necessary.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund, but we’ll gladly help arrange a reshipment when possible.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
